Somatic Breathwork™ is a powerful practice using rapid and continuous breathing to access deeper layers of the nervous system. It can bring up strong emotional and physical responses, sometimes leading to altered states of awareness, deep relaxation, and even out-of-body sensations. The process supports release, integration, and a greater sense of connection to yourself.
Somatic Breathwork™ is a powerful practice involving rapid and prolonged breathing that can bring up intense emotional and physical responses. It is not recommended if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, epilepsy, a history of seizures or stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, or acute illness. If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler and consult your doctor first. Always listen to your body and participate at your own responsibility.
Not at all. Our events are open to everyone, whether this is your very first session or you’ve practiced many times before. We guide you step by step, and you can always slow down or rest.
We combine somatic breathwork with live improvised music and voice activation in a safe community setting. The blend of breath, sound, and shared intention creates a unique atmosphere for release, connection, and transformation.
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing. Some people also like to bring an eye mask or a journal for reflections after the session.
Our retreats are immersive experiences combining somatic breathwork, sound healing, movement, workshops for personal growth and expansion and community connection. They offer time for deeper exploration, integration, and rest - often set in beautiful natural surroundings.
Our events are guided in English, so everyone can feel included.
Absolutely! Many participants come on their own and leave feeling part of a supportive community.
