Reviews

“I have been to several events with some/and all of these facilitators. However, this was the first longer retreat I had ever been on so I didn't know what to expect. But it has been an indescribable experience. So many different exercises we did with and without music. Into oneself and out into the body. Such multifaceted self-healing/processing and insights about oneself and others' sharing has made me realize that we are all so similar, vulnerable and human inside all the shells, layers and masks we hide behind.

The music and the constellation of music from all instruments, singing and different types of breathwork has been quite unique thanks to the knowledge and specialties of the facilitators. Body and soul in a holistic work has been so healing. And sharing the whole experience with all the other participants has been incredibly powerful. A collective sense of belonging is created. We are one with each other.”
